Client certificate

Hi,

 

I'm trying to configure ActiveSync using a client certificate to connect the Exchange server. I imported the certficate on the device but it is not used for the connection. How can I force the use of a client certificate?

Did you add the certificate prior to adding the ActiveSync account?

 

Also are you on a BlackBerry Device Service at the company?

Hi,

 

Yes, I added the certificate prior to configure ActiveSync. No, the device is not a BB device service. Our BES is not yet upgraded for BB10. This is why we want to use ActiveSync.
