Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

That site includes a link to further instructions...did you go through to those? The information you need is there...you must reload your device OS, and the links within the one you posted include those instructions.

 

BTW -- the data on your device is gone. Hopefully you have a recent backup.

It says that you need to reload your operating system.Moreover all of your data has been lost .If you dont have any backup then it is gone forever.
Other wise you can visit the nearest customer care to fix your phone .
