I have a pig problem white my Z10 ( My Z10 do not work now )

I entered my password 10 times wrong in my Z10 and it is turned off and show me a phone and a computer in the screen
I tried to use BlackBerry Link to open my Z10 another time but it didn't work with me

 

*Can you give me a solution to open(turn on) / fix it my z10 ?????

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Disconnect your Z10 from your computer. Remove your Z10 battery. Wait 5 minutes. Put the battery back in. If necessary, hold the power button until the red light comes on and the bootup sequence begins.

It's a bit difficult to diagnose from so little information, but if your BB will not boot at all (some description about what the screen displays would help), then the above post may well be accurate. You may have, somehow, wiped out your OS from your BB and now rendered it inoperable.

 

However, you may need not only your carrier for help, but also potentially your original place of purchase (if they are not the same place). It may be device-level support you require rather than service-level, and device-level support is provided by the original place of purchase (or authorized service center...it can vary by region).

 

But, in any event, you do likely need formal support, which is not available in this forum

My problem is that there is no software inside my z10 after I put the password 10 times wrong and Blackberry link do not identified my z10.
I can't put a new software on my z10

 

I called BlackBerry support and they told me to download ( BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers_ENG.msi ) but there is a problem on their website when I started download its give me waiting time 84 hours
