Re: I have exceeded the maximum number of pin changes

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB25553 "There are too many PIN changes associated with this account (Error ID: 30801)" is encountered when attempting to login to BlackBerry World

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.

Good luck and let us know!

Re: I have exceeded the maximum number of pin changes

Directly to BlackBerry, you cannot. There are no channels for direct end user support from BlackBerry...contractually, all support starts with the carriers, authorized resellers, or authorized service centers. As stated in the KB:

  • "If the maximum number of device changes has been reached in error, contact the service provider from which the smartphone was purchased for assistance."

There is this link, but I have never had to use it myself, and have seen varying reports as to it's usefulness.

Good luck!
