OS Update

Hi Can someone please help me? I just finished loading the latest os and everything went fine with the update but now my phone is not working. Nothing works on it not the phone, not bbm, not my email, no internet, nothing! It keeps telling me that the phone has no SIM card but it's in there. What's going on with the phone? It was working fine before I did the os update. Thanks

Mine did the same thing - completely lost the HUB screen - its gone black

If you cant, do security wipe then try to reupdate..

just did the update.


phone seems to work but it deleted ALL txt messages. :-(
