Problem with my POP email account

I can recive email but not send? I have another account and I haven't this problem. The setup is correct. Some body tell me the version 10.0.10.85 has a bug, that cause the problem sending email. Is that true? What can I do the solve this problem?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues sending email from your BlackBerry Z10.

 

Are you getting an error when you go to send an email? If so, what's that error? 

 

Do you have another email account on your device, such as a Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo? If so, are you able to send an email from that account?

The error is:
The server for account ***@steri-tech.com[smtp.steri-tech.com, port:25] can't be reach.
Yes I have an account of Yahoo, set in the BB and have no problem sending email.

It's recommended you contact your ISP for your POP account to ensure the server has remote access from a mobile device. Some ISPs may require SSL or have an alternative out-going server.

I did. The phone was sending email of that accont until I made the software download.

We would need to investigate logs into this issue, if it was working on an older software version.

Please contact your mobile provider and ask for an incident support ticket be opened with BlackBerry support.
