Q10 update OS 10.2.1.2102 Bluetooth messed up!

In the past 2-3 weeks I'd received 2 separate OS update notifications, the most recent installed OS10.2.1.2102, after which my Bluetooth integration with my car has been messed up with each new message showing up twice.  i.e the Q10 shows 3 new messages and the bluetooth display shows 6 messages (each of 3 2x) .   I've checked with BMW and have the current s/w update in my iDrive system.  The problem occured with , and is because of, the OS10 update.

Any sugestions on how to revert back 2 updates to an OS that works properly ???

No clue, but I got the same kind of and other problems since I've updated. If you get an answer/solution, please let me know!

Re: Q10 update OS 10.2.1.2102 Bluetooth messed up!

after browsing several of these forums I'm not very optimistic  as it seems the same issue first arose with the 10.2.1 release early last year .   Is there a better ways to send a complaint directly to BBry ?

I didn't have any (mayor) problems with earlier updates, but now my phone seems to be *BEEPED*! I wish there was a way to go back an issue.
Apparently you can best contact them via Twitter, but I don't have a Twitter account.

The best way is to contact your carrier and have them escalate the issue to BlackBerry. They can collect logs and analyze your problem. You may have to push some carriers to escalate you though as they just want to get you off the phone.
