If you didn't have any problems with the previous OS then reload it.

I spoke with UPC, the problematic net provider. They said, there is a routing error at the Telia and this is the cause of the limited connection on 10.2, and the hungarian UPC customers couldnt open any blackberry page, for example the blackberry.com.
The UPC start to work on the problem yesterday, but they dont know when they could solve it, it depends on the co-provider.
Any UPC customer, who couldnt use the wifi connection after the 10.2 update, please call the UPC customer service!
The other hungarian net providers connection works fine.

Just for curiousity, could you elaborate technically what is the problem? It's weird, since I don't connect directly via the UPC cable modem, I am using an extra router.
At the office we have a different provider and cisco routers, over here I don't have any problem with the connection.
So this can be indeed the provider's technical problem, not an OS bug.

I dont know the exact error. I only know, what the customer service said. They run a traceroute, and its failed. They contacted with the cooperator, and the Telia recognised, that there is a routing error in their network till Thursday. They already works on the solution...
In Hungary, all of the UPC customers involved in the problem.
There are two effets of the error:
- after the 10.2 update, the BB devices cant access the internet with UPC connection, if the GSM data is on. (If you turn of the GSM radio, or just the data services, the wifi connection works fine. The other solution is the fix IP)
- the UPC customers couldnt open any BlackBerry page on any device.
I hope they solve the problem soon, because this is the 4th day without wifi on my Q10 at home!
Please help to solve this problem, because its a shame! Not just for UPC...

yes Its now comfirmed, Its not a bug in the os just jike i wrote recently.
traceroute shows, that blackberry.com is currently timed out after the 19th hop via UPC networks.
If you try with web.blackberry.com all ok.
UPC told me that it is not in their network so they will close this case, since they are not in that position to resolve this issue.

Well, it's still a bug in the OS. Having a faulty route should not bring down the WiFi internet on the device.
Anyway, I can confirm that my WiFi problem is also only showing on UPC (Romania) and that having a fixed IP address works.

i have the same problem with my device: Z10, Austria (drei/orange && A1)
hopefully there will be fix ...

The faulty route _sholud_ bring down the wifi, becasue this fail suggest for the phone that this connection is limited. The cause is the unresponsive BlackBerry servers. In this case, the phone think, its a limited connection and the result is the prefered mobile data connetction, because is better, than the wifi.
If you turn off the data services, or turn on the fix IP, you can force the phone, to use, the wifi connection.
The main preference for the phone is the allways on communication. Now, its think, the mobile data is more reliable, than the wifi...
