I have a new Z10. And I try to import my contacts from the old 9800, but keeps failed. 

Is there any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your issue. 

On your BlackBerry Torch 9800 were your contacts synced wirelessly or did you manually sync with Outlook or manually enter the contacts?
