Dear Indiansummer

 

You may have to contact your network provider (carrier) and get them to contact BlackBerry HQ with your concerns and it is possible this update would eventaully sent.

 

It is also a good idea to activate installtaion over a WiFi connection.

Well if it's not able to work out back up your data and go to settings / privacy and security and do a secure wipe. I had some issues on mine and the phone works much better after. Only the newest update was needed after wipe. Only if you have run out if options I suggest this.

Sorry for taking time in replying back.

 

Problem RESOLVED. I used UK sim on my phone and it pushed for the upgrade.
Because it is a UK phone it will push for upgrade only when one used UK sim.
