new z 10 software update problem

Hi sure this ones cropped up already but I'm a newcomer to this forum so please bear with me. Just bought a new z10 but it says installed software us up to date in 10.0 I've tried blackberry link on my mac - no option there to update, and on a pc I can't update on the Web as it keeps showing a blank blackberry pin field. Wonder if anyone has ideas, for info I'm in the UK on Vodafone UK contract - any assistance appreciated>>

Why don't you contact your carrier they can further assistance you.

Your carrier may not have an update yet I could be wrong.
