Can anybody help me??...I was on the phone to customer services for nearly an hour the other day, complaining about print to go on my computer which is windows 8. the software doesn't seem to work. they eventually sent me the same link THAT DOESN'T WORK..!!! Is the software incompatible or am i missing something?? Can anybody help me as i seem to be smashing my head against a brick wall.I download the software and all seems to be going well but when i hit thE finish button...NOTHING!!!!!....i'VE ALSO DOWNLOADED THE BLACKBERRY LINK SOFTWARE WHICH STATES THAT PRINTTOGO WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY INSTALLED BUT GUESS WHAT.....NOTHING....help me please before i throw this stupid phone out the window......:smileyhappy:

Print To Go is currently unsupported on Windows 8.

Help.  When using Print-To-Go, the desktop reports "Successful" but the file never arrives at my blackberry.  It used to work a month ago, but now it just dissapears into the ether.
