select all - Blackberry 10

hello,

 

I have a Blackberry Q5.

 

when I select multiple emails to delete or select photo to move how can I select them all. Is there any way when I do "selecting more"  option  to select all ??

Hello,

Nope...the current method is as you describe...choosing the "select more" option, and then choosing items one by one.

but this is very silly, i've just installed my email over it and i have like 1500 New email i need to select them all and to mark them as read. 

 

DO I HAVE TO SELECT 1500 EMAIL ONE BY ONE ??????????????

Silly or not, I'm pretty sure that I already answered your question. Yelling at me does not alter the answer.

Personally, for any bulk actions, I don't even bother with any mobile device...rather, that's when I use webmail, Outlook, or some other client that has more functions and conduct the bulk actions there, which replicate then to my mobile devices since that works so very well.

Personally I think it is silly too. It really doesnt seem as though BlackBerry is paying attention to its competitors. I for one might be switching to iOS or android for other features especially this one. It's not easy to manage so many emails on OS10. My iPad for now receives all my messages where I manage them, but notifications from Facebook remains until I remove the account to avoid the influx of notifications. On my 9860, I couldve selected all by expanding two fingers, now I upgraded it's even worse :smileysad:
