BlackBerry World not working

Please help! I'm from South Africa, got my new BBz10 for a week now and I cannot get into BB world to download Whatsapp.

 

When i go to BlackBerry World the following message window comes up: "There is an issue with BlackBerry World. BlackBerry World must now close."

 

I have spoken to 3 other people today that has got exactly the same problem.  This has been going on for the past 2 weeks.

 

I am not very happy with BB at the moment!  Any advice? Thanks.

Hi there im having the same problem and have my fone for 2 weeks now it comes and goes with the same error appearing over and over

i know if many people with the same problem - there has not been 1 answer yet from anyone and every day i just get more and more annoyed with this *&^%R$ phone.
