Can`t hear music only by using my headphones

My blackBerry 10: I can`t hear rings, sound, can`t whach movies, video, only if I use headphones..This is my problem. Thank you if someone can help me.

The first thing to do is to reboot your phone. Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds until BlackBerry appears on the screen. Don't release it before that, ignoring anything else that appears.

 

If that doesn't correct the problem, press the Help icon on your homescreen then press Testing at the bottom. This will open BlackBerry Virtual Expert which will allow you to run some tests to see if everything is in working order on your phone. Run the tests that pertain to speakers and post back with your results.

Thank u for your sugestion: I did try and: Receiver Audio works well, but Loadspeaker Audio doesn`t work. Thank in advacnce if you can suggest me more option on that point
