CLI ( Call Line Identification) is working now 

still using Whatsapp andriod version

skype still not working

Outlook still not working

Supposedly when you connect your BB10 to your PC and open BB link it should notify you and install the update, but as I said Supposedly

Hi there,

 

I've recently purchase BBz10 in Singapore and I see the latest OS as 10.0.9.2372. I would like to download 10.0.10.82 version. I've tried checking updates on BB website using BBLink as well as tried verifying in 'Software Update' option on 'Settings', however no lucl, it says latest OS is already installed.

 

Can someone please help me on how to install 10.0.10.82? Appreciate your help.
