I tried that keypad thing no luck I also tried drying my phone a hairdryer and resetting it a lot so is there anything else anyone can give me a hand with like any other tricks? And I have taken the battery out and left it for a day that also didn't work

hey  have u tried restting it?

and if that doesnt work try the solution posted two above rolling the ball on like a mouse pad that might help u out
