Setting up an Email Account

Hi, when I access email accounts to set up an account, I only have one option "account activate enterprise account" I want to set up an email account for windows live mail. but do not have the option as described in all the info.

Do you have a BB data plan on your account with Vodafone? If so, try going to www.blackberry.com/integrate on your BB browser and see if you can add he email that way.
