i forgot the password and answer and the web site to recover is not working. what can i do to reset it, even the bbid ask for the password,  i tried all that i use and nothing

If you forget the answer to your security question, you will need to create a new BlackBerry ID. Go to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid and then follow the steps in this KB article to change

your BlackBerry ID: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB26694 also be sure to create a backup of your data www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33505
