I have had the phone for two days and Amazon Wireless said to contact BB to replace the battery. It's draining in five hours. I only have email and Google sync running. No bluetooth on and I set the brightness down.
Amazon will replace the whole phone, but I just want to replace the battery as I've heard this is sometimes an issue. Can someone tell me who to contact at BB? The website won't let me register an account even though I put in the pin and IMEI. Said I can't do it through HTML.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
FYI -- all warranty support is provided by your carrier/original supplier...whoever holds your warranty contract. RIM does not typically provide direct warranty support -- by contract, that is the responsibility of the carriers and authorized resellers. They can escalate to RIM, but you must go through them for that escalation -- if you bypass, there will be $$$ involved.
It sounds like all you want to do is buy another battery -- which should be a simple accessory to purchase. Unless, however, you are asking to receive the new battery for free...in which case the paragraph above would apply.

If you are asking about warranty questions, then it's whoever is on your warranty documentation. I don't know which it is...it could be either.
If you are asking about purchasing a new battery, then either one could probably provide that.
