Just downloaded update to playbook os. Unable to open email files - get following message
Unable to open a PIM session??? Had no problem prior - have 3 different email accounts - hotmail, Gmail, and my carrier. Was no problem??

I called BB tech support. They recommended I delete all my accounts in the native e-mail app. After I have done that, I rebooted my Playbook, added back the accounts and everything worked fine. Unfortonately, yesterday I had the same error message again: "Unable to open a PIM session". When will there be a permanent fix? I'm tired of continually de- and re-installing the e-mail app.
