HS 655+ compatibility with Curve 8330?

Has anyone been able to pair and use the HS 655+ bluetooth headset with the Curve 8330? On the HS 655+ info page, I don't see the curve 8300 series listed as one of the compatible phones. The headset will pair with a LG Chocolate2 with no problems but just not the curve.

Works fine on my brothers Sprint 8330.

I have problem with both the Pearl 8110 and 8900. But the HS655 headset can pair with a iPhone without problem. Also, both Blackberries and iPhone can pair with my car bluetooth.
