Sorry to hear you are having difficulties locating your BlackBerry® ID.
If you are unable to recall what email address you used when you created your ID then you would need to create a new ID.
Should you get an error that the email you are wanting to use for your new ID already has an ID associated to it, then follow the steps in KB26361 How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password.
