Re: Micro SD Reformat

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please expand on your problem description...from the order you've posted your symptoms, it makes little sense. Your final symptom is that you can't reformat the card, with the preceding symptom being that the BB tells you there is no media card inserted. Those would, of course, be somewhat mutually exclusive...if the BB reports that no media card is inserted, that would naturally preclude the ability to format a media card. So the proper, complete, and orderly description of the symptoms you are experiencing is important for proper diagnosis, especially at this internet-distance.

Nevertheless, if I take your symptoms as a "lump", I can conclude that either your media card has gone bad or your BB card reader has gone bad. To test, you need to do two things:

1) Insert your existing media card into a separate card reader (e.g., one attached to a PC)...see if the card can be properly read.

2) Insert a different and "known good" media card into your BB and see what happens.

The results of this will guide you to determine if it's your card or your BB card reader that has gone bad.

Good luck!

Re: Micro SD Reformat

Check if some card is working or not. Probably happens when the card is not supported.
