Need help- BB 8250

Hi,

This is in respect to Blackberry handheld I bought on 14th of August this year. Today apparently the phone's display has gone bad. I have tried contacting the vendor who sold me this phone for help, but he denied by saying that this will get resolved at service centre only. I live in Faridabad (India) and need immediate help. Can any one give me BB suport email address please...?
Details for handheld are as below:

Model No: 8520
Date of Purchase: 14-08-2010

Look forward to your support.

Regards,
Gourav

Re: Need help- BB 8250

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

8250 or 8520? You've said both...we'll have this moved to the proper section once you clarify.

But...RIM provides zero free front line support. All free support, including warranty work, is first handled by the carriers and authorized resellers under whatever terms you agreed to when you purchased the BB. That is the way it works. If you choose to bypass them, you will be violating your support agreement -- and that will require the use of RIMs Incident Based Support, which starts with up-front fees.

Good luck!
