I have a Premium Mono Headset that causes my phone to randomly activate the voice command function on my BB 8530. My carrier, Verizon, thought it was the phone so they replaced it with a new one.
The problem is still occurring. Their tech says it is a malfunctioning headset. The store I purchased it from will not replace it. They say I must contact Blackberry. What is the process to have the headset replaced?
