Am I to understand that the Blackberry VM605 will power down after two minutes of stand by if it not being used and does not detect the presence of an active Bluetooth device within range? (a battery saving feature)
And that you have to turn the VM 605 back on when you get back in the car?
Does this mean that if my Blackberry Curve 8330 is powered on and in the vehicle the VM 605 will stay on line?
Are there any special Bluetooth settings I need to activate on my Curve so that tha VM 605 will recognize that my Curve is within it's range and atay powered up?
I have paired my Curve with the VM 605 so there iis no problem there in making and receiving calls.
It's too bad thet the brief instruction manual that comes with the VM 605 does not mention this power saving feature.

I don't know of any special setting. I just tap the VM to turn it on when I get in the car, and it connects.
