Video Chat Error

Hi,

 

Can anyone get the Video Chat to work? I've been having a few issues:

 

1) When someone calls me, I hear it ring but I can't seem to find an 'answer' button anywhere, not even in the Video Chat module

 

2) When I try to call someone, it calls BUT then after awhile it gives me this 'firewall' error notice.

 

Please let me know what needs to be done to get this to work.

Yes, I have.

 

1. You should see on screen the button to to connect.

2. Then you must be behind a firewall on the WiFi service. I've had that occur with one contact while the other party was at a ATT hotspot, at a Starbucks I think.
