Hi,<br><br>I've a blackberry 9300 running on os5. When I try to speak during a call or record with the wired headset, the audio is not heard by the other person n doesn't seems to get recorded.<br><br>With a high volume of audio it gets recorded and it is very feeble to listen with full volume. The speaker of headset works well when I listen to mp3. Also the headset works well with other devices where it can record the sound with minimal effort.. I donno what's wrong with it. I understand your issue. Do you have the H-T symbol on your homescreen?

Please try to isolate the issue by using another headset. If the other headset works fine, that means the one that you're using may be faulty.

But the headset I'm using works well with the other phone(I tried with Nokia 2690).

Now I tried using with different headset, it works good with the BB.
