blackberry charger FAKE? HELP

just purchased two items off ebay. 

but unsure if they are fake?

they are a charger and usb lead.

 

they look very similar, but have slight differences such as the charger from ebay has a bin with a cross through on it but the genuine one from my old blackberry doesnt. 

 

 

please advise me!
