Im having the same problem, my device wont recognize its own headset, when im playing some music it will only play it either with the speakerphone or the unit itself but never recognizes the earphones, i have tried shutting off and turn the bb back on, removing the battery while turned on, while turned off. It seems like nothing is working. what do you guys think i should do?
