I just became part of the blackberry family, when this happened.
I got my brand new blackberry bold 9780, this past Monday (12-09-2011), and enjoyed it very much. With the phone I got a premium leather pocket, to keep the phone out of harm’s way. While carrying the phone, in the leather pocket, it slides out of the pocket falling on the ground breaking the screen. The jacket that blackberry gave me was too big for the phone and the phone did not sit tight in the pocket causing it to slide out. The result is that I must pay close to R1000 to fix the phone. I think it is unacceptable for blackberry to have given me a pocket that was not 100% for by phone!
