Ad doesn't load on clicking when 3G connected

Dear All,

 

I am using Blackberry Ads Service to build ads in my application and it is working perfectly on BB Bold device OS 4.6.0 when WIFI is enabled but if WIFI is off..it doesn't work on 3G...Clicking on the ad when 3G is the only connection on doesn't redirect me to the ad page...

 

I'm Located in ALexandria Egypt

 

Can anybody tell me if this behavior is normal or not??
