Is it possible to do advertising without using the suggested ad-networks. Our idea is to only do localized adds. Putting adds from all over the world is not use full but in our case country based adds will do the trick.
That is possible - just not with the BlackBerrry Ad Service. You would be better off finding a local mobile ad network to use or creating your own ad server.
