Do the sizes matter at all when implementing banners? It says for OS 6 and greater it will automatically generate the size. 

Would I benefit more from having 2 side by side but smaller ad's than having 1 bigger ad? Are there different rates for having bigger ads shown in your app or is there no benefit?

It all really depends on the Ad provider. It would be best to choose an Ad size that best fits the aesthetics of your application.

how do i find out which ads are what size. im currenly looking for ads that are 760 by 125 but only get these very small ones. As of today I have the stats below just for one day:
