BlackBerry Advertising Service

I have been trying to use the blackberry ad service in the app I am developing.

I am trying on Blackberry 5,6 and 7 for each I use the suitable jar file.

0.I include the lib then insert the following code
1. Banner bannerAd = new Banner(ZoneId, null);
2. bannerAd.setMMASize(Banner.MMA_SIZE_EXTRA_LARGE);

3. add(bannerAd);

 
when I set a test mode flag true i get "MOCEAN..." ad.
however when it is false it never shows any ad.

Any Idea what is happening ?
(note: soon after the internet connection is lost on the mobile the application breaks (Exception from Banner Class of BBadservice ), also is this normal ? )

I found that getting support for ad related problems can be tough. I recommend you email them at... advertisingservice@blackberry.com

Nothing you can do, what happened with me is that after a period of time it worked alone...Yet it still displays some blank ads sometimes.
I was told that It just needs time to start serving ads, this period of time depends on your location if it is supported for serving ads yet.
In my case: I'm in the middle east/Lebanon -> not much ads here are served, now each day 2 or 3 days max. are served.
However after I released the app. and it started getting downloaded in countries worldwide ads service started indicating noticeable increase in the number of ads served.

Iv'e found that ad service is just crappy right now. I'm in the middle of the USA and have apps that have been downloaded thousands of times and still have not generated any ad revenue. BB ad program needs a lot of work. Don't waste your time just yet.

Im also been waitting but has only been 7 days but i have had 515 request not sure what that really means though.

Well i hope it starts to work better soon.
