Can't click on adds

Hi,

 

I am a having problem that users cant click on adds. They can see blue border so it has focus but when they click it, nothing happens.

 

Any solutions?

Could you please log this in the developer Issue Tracker:

Please include a sample application that reproduces this issue, steps to reproduce, the Ad SDK version used to create this app, and the device logs taken after reproducing this issue:
