How do you add an Ad Feed to an existing applicaiton?

Using the portal, how do you add an Ad Feed (e.g. LatAm) to an existing application?  I am aware that all available feeds are automatically added to a new applicaiton.

Please use plain text.

3. Ad Feeds - The "Ad Feeds" section has been updated to allow Network users
to view their Ad Feed settings, but users can no longer make edits to the Ad Feeds.
This is handled by RIM when the Apps are setup and will not be edited by individual
networks. The ability to edit "Ad Feed" Settings still exists, but it is only
available to networks that have specifically made arrangements with the Blackberry
Advertising Service to allow them to manage the "Ad Feeds".

It seems you cannot add an Ad Feed
