Is there a command I can send at the Banner Ad to open the browser to the provided link?
Moving focus to the ad and clicking is not an option and every OS version seems to have a different menu option:
4.5-4.6 is Menu->"Get Link"
5.0 is Menu->"Open Link"
6.0 is Menu->"Select"->Move cursor to ad->Click
Is there some code I can bind to a keypress or other action that will click the banner on all three OS versions? (I know I need a separate build with different advertising SDKs for each version.)

I wouldn't do so even if it is possible. Sorry to say, but it is cheating. It eventually hurts all BBAS developers.
Even for your own interest, it is not good to do so:
1. Users will soon delete your app when they notice that your app does something without them knowing, especially costing data usage
2. Ad network will notice your click-rate unusually high, and thus terminate your account

You assume I'm doing it for nefarious purposes. I have a screen with a mapfield and a banner, and navigationMovement is used to pan the map. I need to be able to click the banner, but moving focus is not possible. I have a menu option for clicking the banner, but it only works on 4.5 and 5.0.
On 6.0, all I have is Select, which causes a cursor to appear on screen, and the cursor can be used to select the ad. However, getting back out of Select mode is a pain. Half of the time, the "Cancel Selection" menu option is not there, so my users would be stuck with the cursor and unable to get back to panning the map.
