Until the new vendor portal is fully functional, you can use the data in the "Report" section of the portal to make an approximation of your earnings:
You can calculate how much you are being paid "per click" (for those ad networks that are currently reporting) and then multiply it by the total number of clicks.
For June 2011, I have my BBAS data from both the "old" and "new" vendor portals, and using this method appears to be very accurate.
But granted, it's only an approximation.
