Few questions...

How much does the advertising service pay per ad?

Does the user have to click on an ad for the developer to get paid?

How often will a developer receive payment and what method? (paypal, etc.)

Here's some information on payments:

• The developer is paid on a revenue share percentage, based on the performance and revenue generated from their application
• The make-up of ads are both CPC and CPM, ranging in rates; there is no clear “pay per ad” basis due to the payout structure and different campaigns rates
• The user would have to click on a CPC ad in order for the campaign banner to satisfy it’s payout goal
• CPM banners are paid on every 1,000 impressions served for a unique campaign to that developers site
• The payment is processed by RIM and is paid in 30 day cycles from close. The first payment is processed 60 days from close the first time. 
• A min of $100 is necessary before a payment is processed

Is there a chart that shows the various rates?

How can we estimate revenue?

So how does one determine to use CPC or CPM? is this depends on the ad from the customer?

Some example data with revenue sharing would be helpful so that I can understand if AD service is feasible.

As far as I can see in my testing, the ads are very limited at this moment.

How are we going to get paid?  An ACH transaction, a check, or Paypal?

ha, I wouldn't worry about this for now. $100 seems to be a long way based on current ads

below is what i have so far this money - App generator apps and i have cascades apps as well which dont really work yet based on lack of devices out in the public. Why no revenue
