Why my ad fill rate is incredibly slow - 0.08%??

Dear All,

 

I have uploaded ap almost 4 months back and i am not getting enough impressions even there are plenty of ad requests? is there any flaw in rims ad network? 

I have granted permission to all types of ads.

Am i missing something?

What device is this for? If it's for the Dev alpha, then don't expect any targeted ads.
