Can't access current spaces or newly created ones.

Since the update most of my spaces have disappeared. I have tried typing the name of these spaces in the Search field and my spaces do appear in the search result. If I click on a space, I get directed to a URL similar to the following

https://blackberry.webtrends.com/analytics/spaces/12345

With the content similar to this:

Page Not Found
Sorry, we couldn't find /analytics/spaces/12345.
If you typed the URL, make sure you spelled it correctly.

If I try creating a new space, I get a message saying: "Your space has been created.", but this new space doesn't appear in the Spaces area. Trying the search method again shows this space in the results, but again gives the same error.

How can these problems be resolved? At the moment the Analytics data is unavailable.

Re: Can't access current spaces or newly created ones.

Any bookmarks you had to spaces before the update are likely changed, but that doesn't explain the missing spaces in your account, or the inability to create new ones. Can you provide your account name so that I can get Webtrends to look at it?

Can you let me know what spaces we should try to search for so that they can reproduce this on their end?

Webtrends notified me that the problem is found and this is supposed to be resolved shortly.

Re: Can't access current spaces or newly created ones.

The missing spaces have appeared and are working now. There are still some issues though when creating new spaces. Any new space that is created will cause the same issue as before and will be unaccessible.

Re: Can't access current spaces or newly created ones.

Hello,

We want to use this new cool feature in our applicattions, but  we get same error.

I created two spaces on the Analytics Portal but both of them are not accessible.

When will this work?

Thanks.

Can you send me your account name at twindsor@rim.com?

We will need to look up your account with Webtrends.

Hi Tim,

I sent my account name last week. Do you have news about this?

Webtrends is still working on it. They have promised to follow up and get us a status on the problem.
