I create new user on BlackBerry Analytics service,
but didn't get email confirmation.
I try to resend via "problem with login", but still no email.
anyone have same problem?
How to manually confirm user without email confirmation?

no email at inbox or spam box.
I already try it for 2 users (2 different email address),
and already try the "problem with login" mechanism.
still no luck.

I've tested this myself and it worked, so I've asked Webtrends what we need in order to diagnose the issue.
Can you tell me which browser you are using, and if you are willing to tell me the email address that you used to register, that my help as well. Feel free to email me at email@example.com instead of posting it here publicly.
