DCSID Case sensitivity

Will the DCSID remain as lowercase only or will Webtrends change to uppercase?

 

At the moment only the lowercase works, but Webtrends still provides the DCSID as uppercase on their portal.  Which one is correct going forward?

Lowercase is correct. The portal is supposed to be getting fixed. I'll check on what the status is, as I expected it to be fixed already.
