Created two more accounts. The same problem. When I'm trying to login into BB Analytics Service 9 it says that :

A problem occurred when validating Webtrends Analytics On Demand login.

To access your account you must log in from a different location. Please contact your Webtrends administrator for assistance.

Help... or advise...maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks for future help.

Re: Empty page, when trying to create a space to get started.

Hi all,

I have been informed that the root cause of this issue has been found and is now fixed. Some accounts may still be facing the issue and are being manually fixed, so if your account still has this problem please wait until tomorrow then let me know if it still occurs.

Cheers,
