Hi,

I am getting this "Unknown Error Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." error while creating a space. Is there a problem with the site?

WHat steps are you taking to reproduce this error? What account is being used?

I just click on "Create a space to Get Started" link, and then enter a name and select a time zone in the displayed screen. When I click on Save, the error message is displayed.

I tried it on both Chrome and IE.

BTW, my account names and username are the same.

Your account name is "burakk" then? I don't see that listed in the BlackBerry accounts section. Did you create your account at http://BlackBerry.WebTrends.com?

No, my account name is "bkadirbeyoglu", username is also "bkadirbeyoglu".

"burakk" is my username in the support forums.

Thanks for providing that info. Creating a space is working fine for me. Could you please try clearing your cache then retrying? Please also try another Browser to see if that helps. I tested in Google Chrome.

If this issue continues to occur could you please respond with the browsers you have tried and their versions?

I tried with IE 9 and Chrome 20.0.1132.47.
