I escalated to Webtrends and they have fixed the issue. Please let me know if you are now able to create spaces.

I've just signed up for the BlackBerry Analytics Service and encountered two problems:
I want to clarify - I understand this service is for the Java BlackBerry OS applications.
Signing up on this page - "timed out" so I completed registration twice and then to my surpise I recieved an email confirming both my registrations were sucessful.
