Your account should be fixed and enabled to make spaces. Let me know if you experience any further difficulties.

I've just signed up for the BlackBerry Analytics Service and encountered two problems:
I want to clarify - I understand this service is for the Java BlackBerry OS applications.
Signing up on this page - "timed out" so I completed registration twice and then to my surpise I recieved an email confirming both my registrations were sucessful.
Secondly - I now can't sign in with either of the new accounts I made.
Can someone take a look at these issues?
