On September 15th, the BlackBerry Analytics Portal was updated to the Analytics 10 interface with the following new features:
- Spaces: A space is a container which contains data for an app. The concept of a space is a carryover from the Webtrends Analytics product where it is used more generally for digital properties other than mobile apps.
- Groups: A group is a structure for organizing your spaces (apps). If you manage a lot of apps, groups can be a useful feature for you.
- New Report Menus: Reports are now accessed through a navigation menu along the left side of the page and are organized into report categories to make it easier to find the report you want to run.
As part of this update, the majority of spaces in the portal were restructured and will be accessed through a slightly different URL. This means that bookmarks to pages in the portal will frequently be incorrect and result in an error when accessed. There has been no impact to your data, but you will need to login through the main https://blackberry.webtrends.com site and recreate your bookmarks.
