Please anybody can hel with this?
I have created an account for blackberry analytics service, i created this on april 2011 aprox.
I use this for an app that is on App World, it has been working to see the stadistics, but 3 weeks ago my user couldn´t acces to the page because the page say this:
" Sorry, sign-in failed.
Your account has been locked for security reasons:
Your account has been locked because you have reached the limit for failed sign-in attempts. Please try again in five minutes.
The sign-in information you provided is not valid. Please try again."
I have tried to reset password, enter again a lot of time, but it´s impossible, always redirect to page where i need to enter the account, user and password.
Please, what can i do for unlock the account?

Hi Jim,
App World does not handle Analytics accounts. Maria engaged support off-line and we are working to get her account unlocked.

Hello Garett,
I have the exact same issue and dont know where to turn for help. Why is it so difficult to contact analytics support?
What support should i contact to get my account activated again.

Is your account fully locked? Have you tried resetting your password?
Do you have another administrator on your account? If so, they can unlock your account for you.

Yes the account is fully locked. Tried resetting the password but did not receive any email
There is not second administrator on my account. So unfortunately cannot unlock it.

Please private message me the email username associated with this account. Once unlocked please create a secondary account to use in case the password is lost for the primary, also, use the password recovery utility before exhausting login attempts.

I've got the same problem. After opening account everything was working, after transision it stoped working. Reseting password is also not working. After writing my email I'm getting email with link, after clicking it I'm using reset password link and nothing more happened.
